Ed's Biography

Ed Siregar has also been working on a (continually updated) book called "Complexity from Simplicity (CfS): as simply as possible, but no simpler".  He hopes the book can help others understand things he didn't, but wishes he did as an undergrad math/physics student, largely due to the nature of Education, more designed to train us, rather than help us understand the nature of things (something we usually have to do on our own, but have little time for because some of us were more interested in skiing and playing guitar back then).

Mathematical models at NASA developed by Ed Siregar, over Spectral Fourier-Chebyshev solver for the highly nonlinear MHD system of partial differential equations, written by the author. The models were used to explain NASA spacecraft (Pioneer and Voyager) observations, is plasma instabilities growing into vortex dynamical structures and turbulence.
